No Refund Policy for Handcrafted and Vintage Items


All sales are final. Because each handcrafted or vintage item from Idyllwild Dreamscapes is unique, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Exceptions: We will provide a refund or exchange for items that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described, provided the issue is reported within 90 days of delivery with photographic proof.

Final Sale Items: Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges & Store Credit: At our discretion, we may offer exchanges or store credit for certain items. Please contact us within 90 days to inquire.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
